Mmmm, nothing says summer weather like sipping a cool smoothie! Berries and banana are blended up with yogurt and OJ for this refreshing snack. Pro tip: Freeze the bananas ahead of time and you can skip the ice!
1 cup frozen blueberries, unthawed
1/2 cup frozen raspberries, unthawed
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 cup vanilla or plain low fat yogurt
2/3 cup orange juice
1 cup crushed ice
Combine the blueberries, raspberries, and banana in a blender. Pulse process until they are crumbly.
Add the yogurt, orange juice, and ice. Process until smooth. Add additional orange juice or ice as needed for desired consistency.
Serve immediately.
Can use all blueberries instead of the blueberry-raspberry combo if desired.

My store sells a frozen mix of berries that is blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries so I used 1 1/2 cups of that instead of individual fruits. The banana makes it nice and creamy. No added sugar so it makes a healthy breakfast or snack.
