Wild Berry Smoothie

A delicious combination of berry, citrus and tropical flavors. The yogurt is optional but it adds a nice touch of creaminess to the smoothie.

ingredients

1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
16 pineapple chunks
6 fresh strawberries
15 frozen raspberries
10 frozen blackberries
15 frozen blueberries
3 ounces fat-free or reduced fat berry yogurt (optional)
ice cubes

directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
