1 can (20 ounce size) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 can (16 1/2 ounce size) blueberries or blackberries in lite syrup, drained
1 1/2 cup ice cubes
1 carton (6 ounce size) lemon or other fruit-flavored low-fat yogurt
In blender container, combine all ingredients; process until smooth. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

I made this smoothie last night, and WOW! I was amazed! I drank the whole thing by myself! It was just what the heat wave (and my taste buds) were calling for. I must say however, I did "play" with the recipe on the 2nd half (or left over servings) of the batch. I added more blueberries than the recipe called for...just because I LOVE them so much, and it was sooo good. This is definitely one I will be making again! Thanks so much for sharing!!
