ingredients
1/2 large fresh pineapple
1 can (6 ounce size) pineapple juice
1/2 cup light rum
1/2 can (6 ounce size) frozen limeade concentrate
1 cup crushed ice
directions
Remove pineapple from shell; core and cut fruit into chunks. Freeze until firm.
Mix half of pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, rum and limeade in blender. Whir at high speed until blended.
Add remaining pineapple and ice. Blend until frothy.
