A refreshing tropical daiquiri cocktail made with flavors of kiwifruit, lime, and rum.
1 kiwifruit, pared and sliced
3 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 ounces rum
1 drop green food coloring (optional)
8 ice cubes, crushed
2 slices kiwifruit, for garnish
Combine the kiwifruit, sugar, lime juice, rum, food coloring, and ice in a blender. Process until smooth.
Pour into serving glasses. Garnish each serving with a slice of kiwifruit if desired.
