Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

Great recipe! I'm going to keep this in the freezer from now on. It's great for a quick drink out by the pool.

This recipe was wonderful - and gets bonus points for saving on mess and hassle during a party. I couldn't find any limeade concentrate, but substituting a little lime juice worked fine. Also, blending the frozen mixture didn't work for me (but that might be the blender's fault) - but it was easy to mash up with a fork in the glass.
