2 packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, grated
2 eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup seasoned or unseasoned bread crumbs
directions
Mix all ingredients (except bread crumbs) thoroughly. Top with bread crumbs and bake until brown and bubbly around edges (approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees F).
