Olde Square Inn Broccoli Bacon Casserole

ingredients
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and drained
6 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon chives
6 slices leftover bread or biscuits
1 cup grated sharp cheese
1 package frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
mushrooms, optional
directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into casserole dish, sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour.
Can be mixed the night before.
