1 package (6 ounce size) herb flavored stuffing mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen broccoli, thawed
1 can (10 3/4 size) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10 3/4 size) cream of mushroom soup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Toss the stuffing mix with the melted butter in a large bowl. Add the broccoli and soups. Mix well.
Spoon the broccoli mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes or until bubbly.

this is an awesome recipe! i used cauliflower/broccoli blend and added shreaded parmesian cheese. Thanx for the recipe! Everyone loved it!
