1/4 pound prosciutto
directions
Halve and pit peaches.
Tear prosciutto into pieces (lengthwise is best), one for each peach wedge, and wrap each slice around a peach wedge.

The salty-sweet combo is amazing! I was lucky to get some really great fresh peaches to try this recipe with.
