Ingredients:
6 salmon steaks
3 lemons, juice of
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine, optional
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, white wine, and parsley together.

Place salmon steaks in a lightly greased baking dish and pour mixture over salmon.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until fish is flaky.
