Tangy Maple Ham Steaks

1 pound ham steaks
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
directions
Fry your steak until it's brown on both sides and add the other ingredients, well blended. Pour over browned steak and heat until the liquid has thickened just a tad.
You can even increased the amount and use as a baste for a whole ham.
