I made this ham for Thanksgiving and it was FABOULOUS! - and easy. I had very happy guests. I chose to use Guniness, as I like the nutty flavor. While that worked well for the ham, the gravy I made from the juices was very hoppy and on the bitter side (great for beer lovers). Next time I'll use an amber ale for the gravy's sake.
