2 fully-cooked ham steaks (8 ounce size)
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons water
1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Pan-fry or broil ham steaks until lightly browned and thoroughly heated. Remove ham from skillet or broiler pan to serving platter. Keep warm.
Combine honey, water and spices; add to pan drippings and bring to a boil. Simmer 1 to 2 minutes. Brush over ham. Serve ham with remaining sauce.

The honey glaze isn't overly sweet but it offers enough sweetness to balance the saltiness of the ham. This was a great quick and easy dinner recipe that was very flavorful.
