This was awesome. I used 3 bananas... Fage greek yogurt in lieu of sour cream, neufchatel in lieu of cream cheese, Splenda brown in lieu of brown sugar.

I get all my recipes online and have never been enthused enough to leave a comment. This bread was so moist and soft and the flavor was amazing. I love to bake and have had the same recipe for years until today. Glad I decided to try something new. You will be too!

This recipe is simple and quick with easy clean up. If you like yours to have lots of banana taste it could easlily use another, though we did really enjoy it as is.

This is a very yummy banana bread. It was moist and delicious. I added three bananas because I had an extra over ripe banana and it came out great. I highly recommend this recipe.
