This Italian cheese is so versatile that it can be used in both sweet and savory recipes from cheesecakes to lasagnas.

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup hot sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons melted butter
paprika
Leave the chicken breasts whole or cube them.
Place the chicken in the crock pot. Combine the hot sauce, vinegar, and melted butter and pour evenly over the chicken. If using cubed chicken, toss it gently with the sauce. Sprinkle everything with paprika.
Cover the crock pot. Cook on low heat for 3 hours if using cubed chicken or 4 hours if using whole or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve as desired on salads, sandwiches, or with rice.
