ingredients
6 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 envelope (0.6 ounce size) dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 pound chicken tenders, rinsed and patted dry
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes to avoid burning)
1 bottle blue cheese salad dressing
directions
In a heavy saucepan, combine butter, hot sauce, cider vinegar and dressing mix. Stir over low heat until smooth. Taste and add more hot sauce if desired.
Preheat grill. Place chicken tenders in a large bowl; drizzle with vegetable oil. Toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
Thread each chicken tender onto a wooden skewer. Grill on an oiled rack until cooked through and golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Brush generously with Buffalo Sauce in the last minutes of cooking. Serve with blue cheese dressing for dipping.

Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
