ingredients

4 cups cooked turkey breast, cubed
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
1 package (6.9 ounce size) low-sodium rice pilaf mix
1 cup chopped celery
1 can (8 ounce size) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 can (10.75 ounce size) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cup fat-free milk
1 cup fat-free chicken broth
3/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise

directions

Combine the turkey, broccoli, rice, celery, water chestnuts, and onions in the crock pot.

In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk, broth, and mayonnaise until blended.

Stir the soup mixture into the ingredients in the crock pot until completely mixed.

Cover the crock pot and cook on high for 2 hours or until the rice is cooked. Stir before serving.
