Mexican Turkey Meatloaf

ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg white
1 cup salsa
2 teaspoons cumin and/or chili powder
4 ounces fat-free sour cream
directions
Mix all together and place in sprayed loaf pan. Spread thin layer of salsa on top to prevent drying.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.

I had never cooked with ground turkey before, a little pale compaired to ground beef but it was really good. Trying to watch my weight so I have to stay away from beef and this was perfect. When cooking it makes your house smell wonderful. Very easy to make, cook for an hour and it's done!
