These cookies are not meant to be baked! They are ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT! I have brought them to many parties and I am always asked for the recipe! If you like Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, you will LOVE these cookies! The only problem is that the amount of graham crackers to use is unclear. I buy the graham cracker crumbs and use about 1/2 of the 13.5 oz. box.

They aren't baked. They're just pressed into the pan and chilled after topping with chocolate.

My husband loved them. I will be making these again and again.

Very easy and delicious treat. But I have a comment for the person who complained that they are "not very healthful with all that lard". Well, DUH!!! They're not meant to be health food, lady! What amazes me even more is that this person added bananas, pudding, oats and more chocolate and served with ice cream sandwiches?! I'm beginning to think this was just someone trying to be funny. Gosh I hope so!

quite rich and sweet, but good. we added two bananas, instant vanilla pudding, some oats and chocolate shavings on top. served with an ice cream sandwich. would not make it again. not very healthful with all that lard (butter).

One package of crushed graham crackers is 2 cups.

If you buy a box of graham crackers, there will be 2 or 3 "packs" inside the box. This is to keep them fresh. The recipe calls for one of these packs.

Nice, but obvious flaw with no precise measurement of the graham cracker crumbs.

There is not an oven temperature given, or the amount of time to bake these bar cookies.
