Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.
Hoosier Chocolate Chip and Peanut Bars

ingredients
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons cold water
6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
2 egg whites
3/4 cup peanuts, salted, chopped
1 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
directions
Beat together the shortening, sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Reserve the remaining 1 cup of brown sugar for the topping. Blend in 2 eggs and the vanilla. Add the cold water alternately with the sifted dry ingredients. The dough will be stiff.
Press dough into a 13- x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the dough and press gently.
Beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add the remaining 1 cup brown sugar and beat until stiff. Spread over chocolate chips. Top with salted peanuts. Press gently.
Bake in a 325 degrees F oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Cut into squares while warm.
