Love buffalo wings? Get that same hot, zippy flavor in everything from deviled eggs to enchiladas. And of course: wings.

2 boxes bow tie pasta
1 bunch fresh basil chopped
fresh pressed garlic (however much you like)
1 bunch scallions sliced thin
4 small jars marinated artichoke hearts chopped
2 cans hearts of palm sliced
1 large container crumbled feta cheese
1 large container Kalamata olives (pitted)
olive oil (user discretion)
balsamic vinegar (user discretion)
Cook pasta according to directions on box. Drain into colander and rinse with cold water and let drain.
When drained, put into a LARGE bowl. Add fresh basil, garlic, scallions, marinated artichoke hearts, hearts of palm, feta cheese, kalamata olives. Mix well.
Add olive oil and mix well. Add balsamic vinegar and mix well. Salt if desired. Chill for one hour. Pasta will soak up oil and vinegar so you may need to add more before serving.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
