1 package egg bowtie pasta
1 bunch fresh broccoli
5 carrots, sliced
1 large jar Spanish olives, sliced in half
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
2 sticks pepperoni, thinly sliced
1 bottle (16 ounce size) good quality French salad dressing
directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Trim broccoli (use florets and tender stalk parts), slice. Add rest of ingredients and marinate in dressing overnight.
If desired, other ingredients such as cauliflower and mushrooms may be included.
At serving time, tomato chunks or cherry tomatoes can be added for flavor and color.
