1 pound thick sliced bacon
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup brewed coffee
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Place a cooling rack on a rimmed baking sheet. Place the bacon in a single layer on the rack. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
Combine the brown sugar and coffee in a bowl and mix until the brown sugar has dissolved.
Brush the coffee mixture evenly over the slices of bacon. Bake for 10 more minutes then carefully turn the bacon over and brush the other side with the coffee mixture. Bake for 15 minutes more or until the bacon is crisp and glazed.
