Baked wings in a lip-smacking barbecue sauce are the way to go when you want delicious party food without a lot of work.

3 pounds chicken wings
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 drops Worcestershire sauce
4 cups ketchup
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
Cut off the small tips of the chicken wings. Separate the remaining wings at the bone joint so you have two meaty sections from each wing.
Mix the ketchup, onion, garlic, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce together. Dip the wing sections in the sauce.
Place the wings on a foil covered cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 1/2 hours. If you have sauce left over, cook in saucepan until thick. Serve with the baked wings.
NOTE: If preferred, use 3 lb. drumettes instead of whole wings.
