White Russian Bread Pudding

ingredients

12 slices white bread, cut into cubes with crust
8 small apples, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins (if desired)
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups warm milk
2 cups White Russian cocktail (premixed)

directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly butter one 2 quart baking dish.

Combine bread cubes, sliced apples and raisins. Mix well and place in baking dish.

Beat together the eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, apples and salt. Add milk and White Russian. Mix well and pour over bread cubes.

Bake for 45 minutes (Stir halfway through baking from outside to center) or until tester comes out clean! Enjoy.
