Easy Slow Cooker Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding

ingredients
non-stick cooking spray
10 slices cinnamon raisin swirl bread, cut into cubes
1 can (14 ounce size) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs, beaten
ice cream, optional
directions
Spray inside of 4-1/2 to 5 quart crock pot/slow cooker with cooking spray. Place bread in cooker.
Mix milk, water, vanilla and eggs. Pour over bread mixture. Stir and push bread cubes into milk mixture to coat.
Cover cook on LOW heat setting for 2-1/2 to 3 hours or until set.
Serve warm with ice cream, if desired.
