Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

Just when you thought pizza couldn't get any better! Two layers of dough with toppings in the middle and cheese on top create a stacked masterpiece that would make any lasagna jealous. Change up the toppings to match your favorite slice!
1/2 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 loaves (1 lb. size) frozen bread dough, thawed
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
18 slices pepperoni
1 can (4 ounce size) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can (14 ounce size) pizza sauce
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, onion, and green bell pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until the beef is cooked through. Drain off any excess grease.
Divide one loaf of thawed bread dough in half. Press out each half into a circle and line the bottom and sides of two 9-inch pie plates.
Sprinkle each pie crust with 1 1/2 cups of the mozzarella cheese. Divide the browned beef mixture between the two pie plates and evenly distribute it over the cheese layer.
Top the beef with a layer of pepperoni slices and mushrooms.
Divide the remaining loaf of bread into two pieces. Roll out each one into a 10-inch circle. Place on top of the priazzo filling and crimp the edges to seal the filling in.
Evenly spread the pizza sauce over the top of each priazzo. Top each with half of the remaining cheese.
Place in the oven and bake at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until the crust has baked and the toppings are bubbly.
Remove the stuffed pizza from the oven and let stand for 5-7 minutes before cutting into wedges to serve. Can serve the priazzo with additional pizza sauce for dipping, if desired.
Make individual priazzos using ramekins or mini priazzos using muffin cups.
Break the ground beef up into a fine mince so the sauce is smoother (or, make it chunkier if you prefer!)
Roll the dough evenly to prevent thin spots that might break.
Seal the edges of the dough well to keep the filling inside.
Let the Priazzo cool slightly before cutting to allow the filling to set.
Serve with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
Experiment with different combinations of toppings to find your favorite.
Yes, you can use ground sausage, chicken, or plant-based meat substitutes.
Frozen bread dough is convenient, but you can use homemade pizza dough or other dough as well.
Feel free to customize with your favorite pizza toppings like olives, artichokes, or different types of cheese - be as creative as you want.
The priazzo is done when the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Yes, simply omit the meat and add more vegetables or a vegetarian protein source.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven or microwave.
It's best fresh, but you can freeze the baked Priazzo, thaw it in the refrigerator overnight, and reheat it in the oven.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
