Grilled Reuben Pizza

ingredients
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded (divided)
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1 prepared pizza crust (12" size)
1 cup corned beef, sliced 1/4" thick, into 3" strips
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Combine 1 cup cheese and next 4 ingredients. Fill pizza crust with mixture, leaving 1" border. Top with corned beef and remaining cheese.
Bake for 8-10 minutes on a baking sheet in lower third of oven. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
