ingredients
1 recipe pizza dough (10x13" size) purchased or homemade
1 pound pork smoked sausage (boil 15 minutes and slice)
1 pound crawfish tails, peeled
salt, red pepper and garlic powder
1 onion, chopped
jalapeno peppers, sliced
pizza sauce
Mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon melted butter
directions
Make dough as instructed. Spread into a pizza dish and paint with a thin coat of melted butter. Season crawfish.
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over pizza. Add crawfish, onions, sausage and jalapeno peppers. Then cover with a layer of Mozzarella.
Place in preheated oven at 450 degrees F. Bake 15 minutes. May substitute shrimp for crawfish, but don't use sausage.
