1 package (18 ounce size) devil's food cake mix with pudding
1 package (5.1 ounce size) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 1/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided
1/2 cup heavy cream
pecan halves for garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease and flour a 10- by 4-inch Bundt pan.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil and eggs. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed with an electric mixer. Stir in 2 cups chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
In a small heavy saucepan, combine cream and 1 cup chocolate chips. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, just until chocolate melts. Cool 15 minutes.
Drizzle chocolate glaze over the cake. Garnish with pecans. Let stand at least 1 hour before serving.

This cake is so simple to make. I ususally have all of the ingredients in the house and it bakes so well and the aroma just makes you want to dig in! Just make sure you let it cool for the entire 15 min; otherwise it may come apart.
