This iconic whiskey is a "Jack of all trades" when it comes to cooking. Toss it in some pasta, as a savory dipping sauce, and even bake it into something sweet.

Pound cake made easy. It calls for yellow cake mix, vanilla pudding mix, mashed bananas and spices.
1 package (15-17 ounce size) yellow cake mix
4 eggs (room temperature)
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1 1/3 cup mashed bananas
1 package (3.75 ounce size) instant vanilla pudding
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Mix until blended, then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Turn batter into greased and lightly floured 10 inch tube pan.
Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 1 hour or until done. If desired, dust with confectioner's sugar before serving.

Love ur recipe
Can you add pecans to this recipe?
Yes
Can anyone tell me if this cake can be made a couple days in advance of serving? I have such a busy work schedule in that this is when it would work best for me to make it. Thanks!
The cake should keep fine for a few days and still taste very fresh as long as it's stored properly (covered)

Great recipe! Nice texture and flavor to the cake. I did add a little vanilla extract to the mix but that was it.
