Mediterranean Salmon Cioppino

ingredients
2 cans (14.5 ounce size) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
1 can (15 ounce size) tomato sauce
1 cup white wine
1 cup bottled clam juice or vegetable broth
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 package frozen Mediterranean vegetable blend or other mixed frozen vegetables
8 fillets salmon, thawed if frozen
directions
Bring tomatoes, tomato sauce, wine, clam juice and pepper to a boil. Reduce heat: simmer 30 minutes. Add vegetable blend and return to a boil.
Add salmon. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Flake salmon into large pieces before serving.

I really wanted to like this more but it was a little fishy tasting with the clam juice. I'd recommend using the vegetable broth.
