ingredients
2 cups pecan halves
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
directions
Toss pecans in butter. Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle this over pecans, tossing to coat.
Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool.
Eat and enjoy as they do not last long.
