Maple Pecan Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can yams or sweet potatoes
frozen orange juice concentrate
maple syrup
***STREUSEL***
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup brown sugar -- packed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup pecans -- chopped
Directions:
Slice the yams and arrange in thin layer in baking dish. Drizzle with concentrated orange juice and maple syrup. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350F adding more syrup and orange juice if needed.
Top with streusel made by combining butter, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and ginger. Cut all of these together until crumbly then mix in pecans and spread over the yams. Bake another 10 minutes.
