ingredients
1/2 pound wagon wheel pasta
3/4 can Italian salad dressing
1 can (15 ounce size) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounce size) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
2 carrots, diced
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain, rinse, drain again, and place in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Note: Almost any kind of pasta can be used in this.
