Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
Love buffalo wings? Get that same hot, zippy flavor in everything from deviled eggs to enchiladas. And of course: wings.

The bloody bull went over well at our taste-testing party. A bloody bull is really a bloody Mary but with the addition of beef broth, making it an even heartier drink. We served these in shot glasses for our testing so we didn't add the garnishes. The spice level was very good (but of course you can always kick it up more if you wish)
