Ingredients:
1 large beef round steak -- cut in strips
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can (10.75 oz ) mushroom soup, condensed
1 soupcan water
1 medium green bell pepper, -- seeded and sliced
spices and herbs to taste*

Directions:

*It's up to you. Some suggestions are: salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, marjoram, herbs de Provence, Italian herb blend, etc.

Combine all ingredients except meat in a crockpot. Add meat. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Before serving, thicken gravy with flour or cornstarch mixed with a little water. If you wish, add 1 cup sour cream to the gravy and stir well just before serving. Serve over noodles.
