INGREDIENTS:

1 cup long grain white rice, uncooked
1 can (14 ounce size) chicken broth
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 cups broccoli florets
4 skinless chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, or to taste
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


DIRECTIONS:

In 11x7 baking dish, combine uncooked rice, broth, onion, and broccoli, and mix well. Place chicken over rice and sprinkle with seasonings.

Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes. Uncover and continue baking until liquid is absorbed and chicken is cooked. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
