3 pounds chicken, boneless, cut into strips 2 cups rice 2 cups orange juice 2 cans chicken and rice soup
directions
Place chicken in a 13x9-inch baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour 15 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Remove the foil during the last 15 minutes of cooking if there is too much liquid remaining, otherwise leave it on.
