ingredients

5 blood oranges, juiced
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 slice fresh ginger root
1 dash salt and white pepper
1 cup unsalted butter (more or less)

directions

In a small sauce, pan reduce wine and blood orange juice, and ginger root until thick and syrupy. Cut butter into small pieces and whisk in until a smooth thick sauce forms.

Season to taste with salt and white pepper. Serve over lobster or shrimp.
