    Delicious and easy to make

  2. Carrie REVIEW:

We had this tonight and it is the best alfredo dish we have ever made. I added broccoli just to add a veggie and it was amazing! Thank you!!!

Just made this recipe. I had to doctor it up after following it to the letter. It was way too much sour cream for my liking. I ended up doubling the seasonings, crushed up 2 garlic cloves, and added about 1/4 cup of white cooking wine. Let it render down and served it with garlic cheese toast. It was edible but I will DEFINATELY half the sour cream next time.

I liked it. I did add some cream cheese too yum!

This is a wonderful recipe. The only modification I made was adding real crab meat instead of imitation other than that I followed everything to the letter. Family loved it and all that sour cream added wonderful tang. This one's going in the recipe book

Ok. I just made this. Of course, I doctored it a bit. I added a little of each, white & red onions, bell peppers (red, green, yellow, orange), green onion, used half the sour cream, and replaced with a cup of heavy cream. I also added about 3/4 cup of shredded parmesan to the sauce. It was a bit sweet after all the imitation crab meat, (good for me, not quite the mrs.) so added in a good bit of ground peppercorn and sea salt, ground red pepper, some Tonys Creole seasoning and a capful of Crab Boil. Now it is AWESOME with a little bit of a kick! Thanks for the Beginning of an awesome recipe Hope this helps anybody else.

Made this last evening - spur of the moment "thing" - Finished and served dinner with salad and baked brownies in about 40 minutes - Guests rated it wonderful - most had second helpings.
