ingredients
2 onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped fine
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped fine
6 ounces crab meat
1 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
6 ounces asparagus, cut into small pieces
8 ounces cheddar cheese
6 ounces angel hair pasta, cooked al dente
directions
Saute onions, celery, red pepper. Add flour and saute. Add stock and milk, then cook until thickened.
Add crab, asparagus, and cheddar cheese. Toss with cooked pasta.
