5 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
cayenne pepper, to taste
5 ounces Brie cheese, cut in small cubes
1/2 cup cooked baby shrimp
1 teaspoon minced fresh chives
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth. Add the Brie, salt, pepper, and cayenne to the eggs and stir gently. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and stir for 30 seconds.
Add the shrimp and chives to the eggs and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set and lightly scrambled and the shrimp are heated through.
Serve the shrimp and Brie scrambled eggs immediately.
