The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

Want rich and creamy scrambled eggs? Try adding buttermilk instead of regular milk or water.

12 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup buttermilk
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons butter
Place the eggs in a bowl and whisk until uniform in color. Whisk in the buttermilk, salt, and pepper and mix until completely blended.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook to desired doneness, stirring frequently (about 3-4 minutes).
Serve hot.

Love buffalo wings? Get that same hot, zippy flavor in everything from deviled eggs to enchiladas. And of course: wings.

Instead of scrambling I used this recipe for omelets. Very good. Rich indeed!
