12 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup buttermilk
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons butter
Place the eggs in a bowl and whisk until uniform in color. Whisk in the buttermilk, salt, and pepper and mix until completely blended.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook to desired doneness, stirring frequently (about 3-4 minutes).
Serve hot.
