ingredients
1 package (12 ounce size) cranberries
1 can (12 ounce size) frozen apple juice concentrate
1 package (6 ounce size) sugar-free cherry gelatin powder
1 can (15 1/4 ounce size) unsweetened crushed pineapple, with the juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice concentrate
1 cup tart apple, chopped
1 cup pecan pieces
directions
Combine washed cranberries and thawed apple juice; bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Add Jello and stir 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
When cool add the remaining ingredients and chill until ready to serve.
