Ingredients:
***1st Layer-Brownie***
4 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 cup butter (no substitutes)
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 cup flour
***2nd Layer-Mint Icing***
1/2 cup butter
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup creme de Menthe
1/4 cup half and half
***3rd Layer-Chocolate***
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons water
4 ounces chocolate chips

Directions:

1st Layer-Brownie: Melt butter and chocolate. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 9x13" pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done.

2nd Layer-Mint Icing: Mix all ingredients. Pour over brownie, and then chill.

3rd Layer-Chocolate: Melt, mix and spread on top. Chill. Cut into small squares. May be frozen.
