Baked Pork Chops Dijon Recipe

Ingredients:
2 loin pork chops
1 tablespoon chives
1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
Directions:
Heat oven to 475F.
Arrange chops in foil-lined shallow baking pan. In small bowl, whisk together mustard, oil, minced chives, vinegar and tarragon. Spread generous portion of mixture over each chop, reserving half of mixture. Bake 10 minutes.
Turn chops, spread remaining mix on this side and bake until no longer pink, about 8 to 10 minutes.
