Ingredients:
1/2 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup Worcestershire
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry mustard
4 cloves garlic, mashed into paste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive container. Fish and seafood generally should be marinated anywhere from 20 minutes to one hour. Chicken should be marinated for at least half an hour, but no more than six hours. Pork should be marinated between two and four hours. Beef, by contrast, should be marinated overnight.
