Honey Butter Sauce

ingredients

1 cup liquid honey
1/4 cup butter
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg

Warm the honey in a double boiler. Add the remaining ingredients and beat all together.

Serve warm. Good over pancakes, French toast or waffles.
